 
Welcome to the world of Arbonne! I'm Deanna Herrin, Executive National Vice President and Independent Consultant with Arbonne. My journey with this amazing company began10 years ago. You may be able to identify with my story...I was not looking for a career in skin care, much less Network Marketing!! When I was introduced to this business, my husband and I were looking for an opportunity that would allow us more TIME FREEDOM. We both had very busy schedules and were raising 2 small children, so we had no family time! Mark coached collegiate volleyball and traveled a lot. My background is in medicine, I practiced as a Physician Assistant for 10 years in Internal Medicine. In an average work week, I logged 50-60 hours!
In order for me to be more available for my family, I needed to replace my income. All that said, I had no other option than to be an entrepreneur. Here were my options:
- Become a Business Owner - My background was in medicine and my strengths are not in this area!
- Buy a Franchise - Very expensive and we didn't have that kind of cash flow!
- Start a Business in Network Marketing - Low start up cost and can build this along your current career! PERFECT!!
Here's what has happened since I started my business. I worked alongside a FULL-TIME job as a P.A. for 3 years and earned the company car. I quit medicine about 6 months later and within 6 months, my team achieved the top level, NVP!

What does it take to become successful in Arbonne?
• You need to work the business CONSISTENTLY. You can work it part-time, but not sometime. This consistent time is necessary whether the goal is to create $300, $3,000 or $30,000 per month!
How can I do this when I work, have children, a husband and a household of responsibilities??
• I built my business in the “Nooks and Crannies”
• If had 5-10 minutes between patients, I would make calls.
• In the car on my way to pick up the kids, I would make calls.
• While the kids where in the bath, I would be on the phone.
• While cooking dinner, I would be on the phone.
• If you add these all up in your day, you could build a very successful business!!

- The name of the game is DUPLICATION! This is the power of NWM! We will teach you everything you need to know! It is simple, our system works! Read the cards, do 6 classes monthly or 8 if you want to be great! Get to District Manager and teach others the same! That is leveraging your time and you can earn a FULL-time income working part-time!!!

- Lastly, you need to GIVE IT ENOUGH TIME!! This is not a get rich quick!!! You are in college with Arbonne International! You won’t get there overnight! Are you willing to put in 4 years of consistent effort to earn a 6 figure income? What if it takes you 6? How about 10 years???The only way this business won’t work for you is if you QUIT!!!! You must log the hours! Amateur pilots are differentiated from seasoned pilots by the hours logged, not by the years involved! It does not matter if you are a brand new consultant or a consultant of 5 years. You are where you are by the amount of hours logged (activity, skin care classes). Put in the time and give it time!! Be patient!!
Here are some Common Fears:
• No time, I am too busy! You can log as many hours as you have as long as you are consistent!
• I don’t know anything about skincare - success in NWM is not about talent, beauty, knowledge or who you know, it is about tenacity and steady plodding!!!
• No $$$--- it costs $29, RSVP is optional.
• I don’t know enough people. I had only 57 names on my original contact list. It is not the people that you know today, it's the people that they know, that they know!!
• What will people think??? I have a great job, I worked hard for my degrees. Are you happy doing what you are doing or do you sense that life has more to offer you? I have degrees from schools that would impress you, BUT I am living my dream through Arbonne!!!! By the way, my Arbonne checks paid off the loans for those impressive degrees!!!!
• What if I fail? Can I really do this? If you are reading this right now, you have what it takes to make this business work!!! You must make the decision to never QUIT!
What is your definition of success?
• Are you living your Dreams?

• Are you financially ready for retirement?
• Do you need extra $$$ to make ends meet?
